Thank you for shopping with PR Strips. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will be shipped.


1. Shipping Method

All orders are shipped through:

USPS Ground Advantage

This method provides reliable, affordable delivery across the United States.


2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Processing time does NOT include weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods, processing may take an extra day.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, most orders delivered through USPS Ground Advantage arrive within:

3–5 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees

  • Weather, holidays, or USPS delays may affect transit times

  • Once the package is with USPS, we cannot control or accelerate delivery


4. Shipping Cost

Shipping is included in the product price for all PR Strips orders.
There are no additional shipping fees at checkout.


5. Tracking Information

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after USPS scans the package.


6. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

PR Strips is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address:

  • We can re-ship it to the correct address

  • A small reship fee may apply

If the package is delivered to the wrong address because it was entered incorrectly, we cannot issue refunds.


7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once USPS marks your package as “Delivered,” we are no longer responsible for stolen or misplaced packages.

If your package is:

Lost or Stuck in Transit

Email us and we will assist with a USPS claim.

Marked Delivered but Not Received

Please check with neighbors, your mailbox, and your local post office.
PR Strips cannot issue refunds for packages confirmed as delivered by USPS.


8. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of:

  • the packaging

  • the damaged product

We will send a replacement at no cost.


9. Auto-Refill (Subscription) Shipping

Subscription orders ship through USPS Ground Advantage using the same process as one-time orders.
Your refill will be sent every 30 days, based on your billing date.

If a subscription shipment has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
