PR Strips – Return & Refund Policy

At PR Strips, customer satisfaction matters to us — but because our product is a consumable, health-related item, we must follow strict safety and hygiene standards.

For this reason, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any opened or used packages of nose strips.

This policy ensures the integrity, cleanliness, and safety of all products shipped to our customers.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

To qualify for a return:

  • The packaging seal must be completely intact

  • The product must be in original, unused condition

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

If the seal has been broken or the package has been opened, we cannot accept the return under any circumstances.


Refund Eligibility

A refund may be issued if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong item

  • The product is unopened and returned according to the guidelines above

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.


Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened packages

  • Used nose strips

  • Items without original packaging

  • Auto-refill orders that have already been processed or shipped

  • Final sale items (if applicable)


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • or missing an item

Contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will replace it at no cost.


Subscription Returns

Auto-refill (subscription) orders that have already shipped cannot be refunded.
You may cancel or pause future shipments anytime before your next billing date.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a PR Strips error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product).
